Lilli specializes in working with adult survivors of childhood trauma, addiction & recovery, workplace bullying and post-incarceration re-entry. She uses several therapeutic modalities such as CBT, Solution Focused and Mindfulness based. Lilli is trained in EMDR and is certified in Brainspotting.

Living in Santa Cruz County makes me feel as if I live in Paradise - we are lucky to live in such a wonderful area!  I realize that at times, even Paradise feels difficult.  Looking for a therapist can be as challenging as the reasons we are seeking a therapist- UGH.  I approach therapy as a team.  We will work together to find solutions, work through challenges, look at your strengths in an effort to bring some solace back into your life and get you living again and not just surviving.  My style is primarily interactive, I work through the eyes of curiosity, I like to use humor and try to interject some fun into our therapy sessions, realizing how heavy it could be to work through your stuff.  I view life as constant learning and we can work together and learn how to make life easier.

I love working with young adults and adults through all stages of your life.  In my over 20 years working as a therapist, I have come to realize how important it is to listen, join with you and provide support and a safe place to learn and work through challenges.  I find Paradise in this area, as well with animals.  I have a lot of love for nature and our beautiful pets.
